Rental Rates

The prices shown above are for Seven nights accommodation and are the MAXIMUM rental rates charged in Sterling. US Dollar prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations (please use the currency converter below for the latest exchange rates).

Pool Heating per day		£20

• The prices shown are for the villa rental and are not per person. 

• Prices include Electricity, Water, Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, & Clean bed linen and towels.

• Bookings of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 Sterling or $95 USD.

• Christmas and New Year period is the 17th December to the 5th January.

• Together with your completed booking form, a non- refundable deposit of £200 Sterling or the equivalent in USD is due to secure your date. 

• A refundable security deposit of $500 USD is payable with the final balance.

• Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due Eight weeks before your arrival date.

• Reservations made within Eight weeks of your arrival date will require payment in full at time of booking.

• All cheques to be made payable to Janice Ritchie.
