Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom villa which s situated in the popular Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club development. 

The villa is registered with the State Authorities and is in full compliance with all relevant legislation, comes complete with all the modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 8 adults), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, cable television (3 TVs), DVD, VHS and a screened pool which can be fully heated during the cooler months (charges apply).

Walt Disney World and many of Orlando's world famous attractions are only 20 minutes away by car, while with-in walking distance you'll have the full use of the Club House complete with restaurant and bar, and its wide range of facilities including a large communal pool, tennis courts, fitness center and children's play area.

Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, games room (includes a 8ft pool table and table football), air conditioning and heating through-out, 5 televisions, DVD player & selection of childrens DVDs, CD player, FREE Internet access,  and a luxury screened pool which can be fully heated (charges apply).

If you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. The on-site 18 hole course is ranked as one of Orlando's premier Golf courses and has received national recognition. Over 20 other quality golf courses can be found with-in a  30 minute drive and cater for every level of golfer.

Located just outside the Southern Dunes community you'll find the nearest bank, 24 hour hypermarket, local bars and restaurants, shops, and family attractions all close by.
